Functions
INFr8, first established for the air freight industry to digitally exchange dangerous goods information along the supply chain, has now been expanded to include more modes of transport. Starting immediately, the automated creation of dangerous goods documents for sea cargo (IMO declaration) and road transports (ADR accompanying documents) is also possible. Furthermore, rail transports (RID documents) will be integrated into the system this quarter.
The cross-sectional functions X-convert, Dashboard and Doc-Cloud for data exchange offer optimal support for the creation, communication and storage of electronic dangerous goods documents.
In addition, there are further smart features thanks to which documentary errors can be reduced as far as possible and the effort required to enter dangerous goods declarations can be minimised. These include the printing of shipping labels, automated check mechanisms when creating dangerous goods documents, alert messages on important events, individual statistics as well as the integration of various dangerous goods databases, the possibility of storing one's own master data and so-called snippets, behind which individual text modules, for example emergency telephone numbers, are hidden.
